2016 sees the 14th Edition of TULCA Festival of Visual Arts. TULCA launches The Headless City curated by Daniel Jewesbury at The TULCA Festival Gallery, Fairgreen Rd, at 6pm Friday 4th of November. Join us as we celebrate this year’s fantastic programme – opened by Grainne Hassett, Architect and Senior Lecturer in SAUL, the School of Architecture at the University of Limerick.
